Placas de interruptores Steampunk
Light switch covers with gears that actually work. Turn the handle and the rack moves, the gear turns, and the switch flips. These are not decorative panels glued over a switch — they are working mechanisms, designed and cut in the USA since 2011.
Every plate installs over your existing switch using the screws already in the wall. No wiring, no electrician, no extra parts. If you can turn a screwdriver you can fit one in about two minutes.
Choose by switch type:
- Rack & Pinion (8000 series) — for standard single toggle switches. The original design, and still the best seller.
- Toggle (8001 series) — a cleaner profile for single toggle switches.
- Planetary (8002 series) — orbiting gear train, single toggle.
- Lever (8003 series) — long lever action, single toggle.
- Light Rig (8004 series) — industrial rig styling, single toggle.
- Double Rack & Pinion (8005) and Double Fulcrum (8006) — for double switch boxes.
- Rocker Throw (8101 series) — for rocker switches. Styled after an antique knife switch, which is why people call it the Frankenstein switch.
Laser-cut hardwood, stained with water-based dye, made in San Diego. Sizes and fit details are listed on each product page — check whether your switch is a toggle or a rocker before ordering, since the plates are not interchangeable.
