Signing In

Our website got an upgrade this year — and signing in works a little differently than it used to. Here's the short version.

There's no password

Choose Sign in, enter your email address, and we'll email you a 6-digit code. Enter the code and you're in. Nothing to create, remember, or reset.

No need to sit and wait for the code

The code email can take a few minutes to arrive. Hit the button, keep going through your emails, and when the code lands, use it to sign in — and you're done. If it took a while to show up, the code may have timed out; just request a fresh one and use it right away.

You only do it once

After you sign in on a device, you'll stay signed in for up to a year. The code is a first-visit step, not an every-visit step.

Retail partners: seeing retail prices after you sign in?

That means the email you signed in with isn't attached to your wholesale account yet — it happens a lot when Shop signs you in with a personal email. Easy fix: send us your store name and the email you used and we'll attach it, usually the same day. From then on, that email works too. Sign in with whichever email you like — personal or business.
